"The area is safe. The property is around the corner from Fairway Middle school and in the morning we enjoyed a walk to Jack L McLean Jr Park close by. There were some shack looking homes, but many have been replaced by newer homes. We checked in at 9 PM in the dark and if I had been alone I would have been scared because it’s not like a well lit hotel parking lot, it’s a house in the country near the Florida state fairgrounds. We got a code for a keypad from the owner and a key from the lock...
