"There is a nice ocean view. There is no inside seating in the small room. There are a couple of chairs outside on a patio through a sliding glass door by a large above ground hot tub. The room was very small with a king bed that filled it and had a small television. There is a small connected private bathroom. "Watch out for the coffee table! Beautiful! But ... I banged into it several times. It really is beautiful! I want it! But I don't want to bang into it. :) Our stay was great otherwise. Once we read that the central heater was NOT the heating for the unit but the little heaters. They worked wonderfully! Hot tub was wonderful, even in the rain. All else was just fine. "
