While here, be sure to visit the Coconut Caboose mobile truck, serving all-natural shaved ice made from frozen raw coconut water, hand-cracked by the owner and founder himself. They also serve delicious organic, vegan gelato all using coconut as the base instead of milk. The owner has amazing sustainable values, and all of his products are compostable and made of cane sugar instead of plastic. Now THIS is a business we support!
