“The facility gave my room away one hour before my arrival in an area that was completely booked and cited that they had a right to do that! Buyer beware do not stay at this establishment! Their word and your money mean nothing to them! My stay was prepaid! They gave my room away to another patron due to “technical difficulties” in the other patrons room who happened to be a Hilton member and they said they have a right to prioritize Hilton members over paid patrons rooms!!!! Bad business will……

“Ashley and Luke were both amazing staff members during our stay. They were hospitable and extremely helpful from the moment we called and advised them that we would be arriving later than expected. Ashley told us to take our time and that Luke will be there to check us in. When we arrived, he made us feel like family. Each time they saw us for the days we stayed, they were engaging and made sure there wasn’t any at all we needed. Our family is thankful for them both.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown……

“This is a nice B&B on a winery property. It's a quiet place to spend the night but close enough to Leesburg and Purcellville. Breakfast is made to order each day. There are apples, bananas, coffee and cookies available through the day. Guests have access to spaces inside and out. I stayed for a week then booked another week. There were deer on the property 3 nights that I saw.”
