“Excelente servicio, no les voy a hablar de lo que ya califique con estrellas, les voy a hablar de la calidad humana del servicio que recibí, durante mi estadía mi señora madre murió en mi país de origen y tuve que realizar una serie de tramites de forma remota, la ayuda prestada por el personal del hotel fue de las alta calidad humana y solidaria no tengo palabras para agradecerles, sin duda volveré a visitar este hotel y lo recomiendo sin duda lo disfrutaran.”

“Luis and his family, have created a wonderful place to escape to nature. Modern style cabins with beautiful rustic location at the top of a picturesque mountain, from where you have an amazing view of the city both at day and night. Delicious homemade food, the warmest people, with high standard of quality and hospitality. The cabins have chimneys and the staff will set the fire for you if you need it. Awesome stay. I will definitely remember this cozy cabin forever! ”

“Unable to check in. The property was full even on the on date in which our rooms were booked ”

“This booking was very disappointing. We could not even check in!! The hotel did not answer the door when we rang, didn't answer any of the numbers we called (the hotel sign had a different number from the booking and we tried both several times!!). We spent over an hour trying to check in and we finally gave up as it was raining and we didn't know what else to do. We ended up having to spend more money at another hostel. Frustrating and stressful when you are travelling from out of the country……
