“This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! We had a river view room with rocking chairs on the balcony, s’mores kits were offered every night (pick up by the front desk) and 2 fire pits to choose from. Game room was cute (although the air hockey table’s fan wasn’t strong on one side), library was absolutely gorgeous. Loved having water refilling stations on 2 of the 3 floors and 24/7 coffee/tea stations, too. Queen beds were very comfy, and the room was so spacious. I’d love……
“A beautiful property! Loved wine and cheese hour! Felt like I was in a Gilmore Girls episode.
Unfortunately I experienced some issues…My room was missing a fire alarm, the bathtub/ jacuzzi tub was not working, and the television would not work.
I also had some trouble with the lock code process on the door. It felt a bit unsafe that the main building I was in was kept unlocked due to keypads on the doors. service from the restaurant would be a great addition!”
“From our first contact, Brandon, the owner, was most helpful in arranging our stay. Our room was well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were varied, customized to our tastes, and high quality.
Brandon’s tips on what to see and do were tailored to our interests. After expressing our interest to visit a local museum that was closed, Brandon called the owner and arranged for the caretaker to let us in and give us an introduction to the history

“Friendly and helpful staff. Central location walkable to shops and grocery stores. While being on main road, it can be a bit noisy with traffic. Important to note that the rooms are on a second and steep third floor which can be a challenge for your cardiovascular capacity if you are a Senior. Our room was a bit small with a very comfortable king bed with……
