“We were warmly greeted by several staff members upon arrival at the hotel. As a young couple (24 & 25), we were initially a little apprehensive, as we’ve previously found that some high-end hotels can make us feel uncomfortable- perhaps because of our age. However, this experience was completely different. From the start, we were made to feel welcome and respected. We were even offered a glass of prosecco on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. “Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”
