My stay at 100 Queens Gate was quite exceptional ! The concierge - Lee and Robert are extremely pleasant , kind , helpful, very efficient and amazing with directions & suggestions for dinner plans etc. Anything needed - they went about it expeditiously. The restaurant staff - Ildiko, Nimfa,Ioanna whom I dealt with daily are the most pleasant, efficient, kind, hard working and wonderful people ever ! The other staff are just as amazing . Even if they were not assigned my table they smiled , greeted me and asked me if everything is ok. If I needed something , they were all sure to assist me .They were very relatable, friendly yet very professional and hard working . They also made suggestions on the menu and confirmed with the chef for any alterations due to allergies etc. They made me feel at home while dining. Room service was also suggested at times for my schedule but I preferred to sit in the dining room , pleasant atmosphere. The maid service - Suzanna is a very pleasant very hard working , efficient and amazing woman . I didn’t get to meet the other lady but in passing she ALWAYS greeted me ! Front desk were efficient and professional. They were very hectic at times and worked hard to check in/out and resolve everyone’s issues in a timely manner. The laundry service - this is a must for me and it went perfect ! Cleaned exactly how I listed and very professionally done. This is a great hotel , great service , great atmosphere and the location I need - always !

The hotel had a touch of antiquity about it in the glass cabinet displays, while also being very modern. We enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere in the bar on Friday evening. Staff were friendly and efficient at all times.
