I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are nice and helpful when we had questions. The staff at Root &Vine when we order pizza's to take back to our room. The sercurity guards in the lobby would always say hi and ask how you are doing. The room was amazing and we enjoyed the view from our room.

I have been disappointed with my past several hotel stays at various other "luxury" properties (think Ritz Carlton, Bellagio, Aria). The properties/rooms werent properly upkept, and I was left feeling uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness. From the moment I walked into this property, I was impressed. Everything was above par - the scent, decor, cleanliness, staff. Trey at the front desk provided exemplary service. So much so that my 17 y.o even commented. I consider myself a harsh critic on cleanliness (I travel with cleaning supplies, wear shower shoes, pull back bedding, check bed bases, and furniture, even at 5 star plus establishments), and this room was clean and well appointed. My son used the fitness facility and he was pleased and commented on the variety of equipment. It was a turnaround trip, so I wasnt able to utilize the other amenities, but I did pass by the spa, and it looked very appealing. The self parking is a bit expensive for a public parking lot ($64/day, but no in and outs. So you pay every time you take your car out), but they do offer valet which is typically priced for luxury properties ($75). I am definitely staying here again when I return, and I highly recommend it!

No wardrobe. 6 hangers for 2 of us , we came for a black tie gala. Tuxedo ball gowns etc. Bathroom door is a sliding glass, with large opening, so no privacy. Shower has low pressure , hard to shower, forget about washing your hair. Drain.is flat, junk stays at your feet when showering. 2 tiny drowers under the small fridge for our small clothes BreakfastOverpriced. selfserve $28 Buffet, with dried-out limited food ! plus expect tip on that? Charged us $9 for a bottle of water ! after we chevjed out which we did not even consume..When I asked about this I was told in a strict email how they took it very seriously to charge people and they paid. Like we were some thieves trying to get away with a bottle of water. We are doctors, can afford to pay $9 but a higher level hospitality business would realise the importance of good customer service. They won $9 but lost customers. We travelo to DC often for meetings Not to this place again.

They don’t tell you that parking is not close, in a creepy parking lot, paying $45+$8 (parking tax for overnight parking)+1(parker membership)=$54 per night to park. There is a cool food hall nearby but that’s about it. The hotel accepts pets to keep that in mind.

The room I was in was a bit weird. the bed was in the middle of the room. and the lighting was very poor in the room mostly due to the way it was set up. I'd recommend they move the furniture around again cuz this was not working for them
