“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“El baño que tiene el apartamento está dentro del dormitorio principal con lo que pierdes privacidad; en el segundo dormitorio si sacas la cama nido, puedes abrir la puerta tan sólo un ángulo de 90° y apenas te puedes mover dentro La propietaria nos cobró 30€ por una silla de terraza que según su inventario faltaba y que ni siquiera tocamos; por último nos dejamos una tablet que hemos intentado por todos los medios recuperar dándole las opciomes de enviar una recogida o que nos la enviara pagando……

“la villa est médiocre et ne correspond pas au descriptif la maison est détériorée, vaisselle trés insuffisante(8 cuilléres à café ,pas de bols , 2 saladiers , 2 plats en terre pour le four) placards quasiment vides, fuites au niveau des douches ,fuite de la climatisation , la table du salon (revissée par le propriétaire à notre arrivée )s'est cassée pendant notre séjour blessant un enfant (pas de remplacement par sara ni d'inquiétude par rapport à la blessure de l'enfant),6 transats dont……

“We've had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. We loved the house, the garden qnd the swimming pool. It was very hot during our stay (up to 40 one day!) but there was always a cool place in the shade in the garden or the pool or under the terrace with the roof fans. We explored Valencia and nearby attractions in the mornings (most things seemed to be around 20-30 mins drive) and spent the afternoons at the house. Nearby Mercadona was excellent and gave us all we needed foodwise. Proprietor was……

“The villa and guest house were immaculate when we arrived and it definitely had the wow factor for us. The garden, plants and poll were excellent and there was way more space than we imagined. The villa is hard to find and as we don’t drive this did make life tricky as there’s no shops within walking distance and taxis were a nightmare so I’d recommend having your own transport. The properties were beautiful inside as well as out and they have all your essential utensils and crockery as well……

“The apartment is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, and everything worked. The location is in a small quiet village, which was lovely. From Petres it was easy to explore Sagunto, Valencia, Montanejos, Peniscola, and other places. We enjoyed hiking, beach visits, the City of Arts and Sciences and more. Antonio was a great host, easy to communicate with (with the help of Google translate!), and very accommodating. Many thanks!”
