"Description of the unit is pretty accurate. It's nothing fancy, but place was clean and had all necessities you'd expect. There's a patio with fairly private backyard, but we didn't have much use for it in November. Check-in instructions sent by the host were easy to follow. We didn't have any contact with the host being original text message. "

"Landlord responded quickly to figuring out how to get in property. Property clean, though front room rug not so much.Could not close shades in main bedroom so light came in. Kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast which was nice. Parking good.Biggest issue was the no hot water. My husband heated water and took it with him in the shower. Room for my three sons to sleep in second bedroom was nice."

"The host was great, communicating about our stay. House was beautiful, very clean, had plenty of everything. There were plenty of dishes for our large group and plenty of extra towels in the linen closet. The game room is really just a concrete floored garage without a lot of space, but we enjoyed the extra space nonetheless. Overall, very happy with our stay."

"This place is very basic. It feels more of a rental house than a vacation destination. If you are looking for just a place to rest your head and no frills, this is the place for you. The price is right and the neighborhood seems good. Great communication from the owner."

"We ended a 10 plus hour drive from the San Francisco Bay Area at this VRBO (with another such drive scheduled for the next day). The place was clean with some nice thoughtful touches, two parking spaces in front, and comfortable beds. The only issue we had, and it was minor, was a little complication finding the location.
