Cute cozy place, excellent communication with property owner! Maybe a little small for sleeping 4, as futon isn’t big enough for 2 grown children, but we made it work for a quick passing through stop.

This place was a perfect stop for an overnight stay. It was quiet and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and stocked with all the essentials. The dogs enjoyed the little side yard. It was perfect for stretching in after a long car ride.

This property has exceeded all expectations of any short term rental. The attention to detail was beyond expectation and the thoughtful care throughout the unit, made me wish that this property owner could train other STR owners on how to treat guests!

Great rental and host

I had a very nice stay at this VRBO and would recommend it to anyone. The host was quick to respond to my messages. Further, she had appointed the house with every conceivable necessity. As a host myself, I was very impressed with her anticipation of renter's needs.

Great Place In Amarillo

Coming from the Houston Texas area, Sharon's place in the heart of downtown Amarillo was the perfect spot to rest from a long day of driving. She has thought of everything that anyone might need. The space is well adorned and comfortable. Just unlock the door and unwind for the rest of the day. We'll definitely stay here again if ever we find ourselves in Amarillo again!

Small but so cute

Very cute little house. Enough room for me, my husband, our 3 dogs and our toddler daughter. Remodeling is perfect. VERY well stocked. Worked perfect for an overnight stay. Might have been a little small for all of us for much longer. There is only a tiny “backyard”. Enough for the dogs to pee. That’s about it. Can sit in front of the house in the driveway. But only if other house not rented. It really is a great place for how much it is and for a short trip for us. But not a lot of space if you are looking for that Nothing bad about the house - but tried to take the dogs to the closest park where there is a small enclosed dog area/“dog park”. Park was huge and would have been nice. Except it was very sketchy. Didn’t feel very safe in the park even during the day

Short stay but wonderful while it lasted!

We loved staying here. It was warm, cozy, and perfect! Host has thought of everything you could want in amenities. I think the most unique and thoughtful amenity she offered are the various strengths of reading glasses to use in case you forget your own. She has thought of everything! We will definitely stay here next time we are coming through Amarillo.
