Cozy little apartment in a great neighborhood

Private, Peaceful, and Immaculate

Very nice place. We liked and appreciated the peacefulness of the area and how well kept the rooms are. Looked and felt like a new home. Everything we needed for 10+ days and you can get to just about everywhere in Anchorage in 15 min or less. If we come back to anchorage we will likely stay here again.

Great Place and Incredibly Clean Perfect for a Couple

The one bedroom apartment was incredibly clean. You feel at home there. Owners take loving care of the property. They provide information about Alaska as well as Anchorage. Paul is a wealth of information.

A Perfect Anchorage Stay!

We had an incredible stay at this modern 1-bedroom apartment in Anchorage! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The bed was very comfortable, and the living area felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and we really appreciated the little extras—coffee, spices, and even some local snacks. Paul and Darlene thought of everything: fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming options, a bunch of DVDs and books, a washer and dryer, a parking spot and private entrance. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and nearby sights - close to restaurants, groceries, and only a short drive to downtown and the coastal trail. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for check-in and recommendations for local attractions. Would definitely book again!

Perfect place to stay in ANC

A lovely apartment in South Anchorage, this is a great place to stay if you're here for work or to see family. The owners are lovely and very welcoming. The apartment has everything you need to relax, cook a real meal, and get a good night's rest. It's quiet and peaceful, away from all the crowds of tourists. But a quick drive to anywhere in ANC you want to be.
