"Great hotel on the water. One elevator broken and the working elevator was a bit iffy. Great place to visit the finger lakes Beautiful views of the lake from back patio of the hotel. We had breakfast and drinks at night and watched the beautiful view of the water and the sunrise and sunset. Close to downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars. We drove to the different lakes. Very central. "

"Hotel is beautiful! Staff are exceptional! I experienced a medical issue and had to check out early. Staff were very helpful and accommodating in working with us. Will definitely book here again! Pool and hot tub were very nice! Breakfast and breakfast staff exceptional. He even helped my husband getting us trolly cart and loading car! "
