Pool area was cold which made it uncomfortable to use the pool. Sunday the pool did not open until after 9am due to ph levels. “We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience……

You could smell the Finger Lakes coffee there was a big I Love NY icon to take pictures and brochures and interactive screens to plan your Upstate New York visit.  Also it’s uniquely located in America’s (6th largest mall is what I was told, but definitely the biggest mall I have ever seen).
