"I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as several issues added up to a poor experience. First, the check-in process was frustrating. The front desk repeatedly assigned uncleaned rooms—not just to my family, but to at least three guests ahead of us as well. This suggests a lack of coordination and quality control. While the rooms themselves are spacious, there are many maintenance issues that shouldn’t be overlooked. For example, our room door wouldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open, which is a serious security concern. In addition, one of the shower gel dispensers was broken and unusable. Housekeeping was also problematic. If you leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on past 9 a.m., even if you remove it later, your room will not be serviced at all for the day. This policy was not clearly communicated and is quite inconvenient. Overall, these issues add up, and the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 3-star property. "

"The bar was closed (on a Friday evening) which was a disappointment. A staff member did get us 2 glasses of wine to have in our room. The pool area doors did not work with guest keys. Staff let us into the pool. The premises were very clean and well kept."
