Gorgeous townhome! My one complaint was that the air distribution is a little finicky. Freezing downstairs and too hot to sleep upstairs. Also the kitchen had bare minimum. Wished I had brought colander, spices, foil/plastic wrap etc. Loved all the bedroom ceiling fans and the pools were beautiful! It was so clean and just what we needed for our getaway.

We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)

Positives: It's located in a beautiful, secluded area dotted with red rock hillsides and mountains. The amenities are great. Their sister property, Terra, has an amazing swimming pool featuring a lazy river and water slide. Also, the condo is at least as big as the kind of suite with kitchenette you would find at a hotel like Homewood Suites. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. And it has a nice patio with a barbecue grill that we did not take advantage of. Negatives: it could have been A LOT cleaner! The carpeting in the living room with the pull-out bed has deep stains on it and needs to be shampooed or professionally cleaned. When we looked under the cushions of the love seat, there were tons of food crumbs. That was very disappointing and a big turnoff. It appears that the cleaning crew that turns the condo over to the next guest only does superficial cleaning. In addition, while larger than an average hotel room, it seems far smaller than the 1290 square feet that it's advertised as. The listed square footage must have included the patio. We were underwhelmed. Overall, the condo has some plusses, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations.
