The process to use the HOA stuff seemed daunting from instructions but actually it was very simple. Note that if you come with a bigger group you might need more silverware. And there isn’t a dishwasher. The host was very responsive. It felt very cozy and safe. Having smart tvs in every bedroom and living room is a nice addition as my husband and I like to……

“This trailer seems newly spruced up - curtains, bedding, towels all seem new. Everything is on a small scale but it has all the parts. The outdoor areas are especially lovely with the fire pit, deck and gazebo. We were there in August and it was very quiet apart from the kids in gas-powered golf carts. The beach was very empty. Cute little store with some grocery essentials and soft serve. We did not use the pool because that seemed to be where all the kids were hanging out. We brought our dog……
