“I found this experience to be pretty disappointing. I'd lived in Scranton for a long time but had never stayed here until this visit. My wife and I booked a nice room on the top floor and I was eager to see what it was like.
I found the reception to be abrupt and unpleasant right from the start.
The room itself seemed fine at first. It wasn't until the next day that I found a cockroach. This is bad enough but the front desk seemed unconcerned about this, didn't apologize and only sent……

“The bathroom floor contained shoe prints, sticky looking spill in the fridge, very poor lighting in area of the vanity, tub looked clean, but was soap scummy; passed on the shower. Marriott has decided to not provide cups, glass or plastic, only cups for coffee. There was only one trash can.
Luckily the bed was comfortable and I was only there for one night. Will not stay there again!”

“We had to clean the heart shape tub in our room it was brown do we opt out of that the staff is great entertainment yes loved it . But really need to do better cleaning the rooms my last day before leaving I spotted bed bug so bring your Lysol”
