It’s a nice hotel with a big room and overall clean. The pool was nice although the hot tub wasn’t clean when I wanted to use it. My room was pretty dark and the bathroom and the sheets could have used an upgrade. Also there were so many mosquitoes, maybe they can consider putting in mosquito repellent or refilling it. Also the fridge was set too low and it froze all my food.

The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all. The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side. The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment. The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check in as well.

Nice hotel, very good location to the beach

Average room that’s decent for the price. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and house keeping never came by to freshen things up during our 6 day stay, but the staff was very nice and accommodating when we asked for fresh towels and toiletries. Hotel is in a great location. Close to a lot of local bars, restaurants and the beach. All were within walking distance. We were constantly on the go so it’s a decent place to stay if you’re not spending much time in your room.

The stay was totally Amazing! The stunning decor, professional and friendly Staff, access to national park and Old San Juan were exceptional!! Without knowing the trip was to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the Staff and local community helped to make this a truly memorable experience. My wife and I have Only nice things to say about this report hotel.
