Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the valet team, who assisted us with our luggage. Check-in was welcoming, and the front desk offered us a glass of Prosecco, which was a nice touch. "Clean room. Great location if you are visiting the San Cristobal Canyon. No staff on property, lobby closed the majority of the time, staff was available over the phone.
