Although the listing is part of a larger home, it features a private bedroom and living room with its own separate entrance, offering a great place for your stay, super quiet and clean around natural mountain scenery, the big yard with nice landscaping plus hiking and biking trails all around! everything you need is inside here for you, and the location is the best, there is a fitness club across the street, and the bus stop is at the corner, you can go any attractive town around such as Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles is within 5-20mins driving distance , welcome and enjoy !

Atascadero

The small unit behind the house was very clean and comfortable. It had lots of nice amenities and the location was perfect for me. It was listed as a two bedroom place, and it could certainly sleep two, but is really a one bedroom. I was by myself, though, so it was perfectly fine. Really enjoyed the place.
