Bait and Switch DIFFRENT THAN BOOKED!!!
DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERT!!! The property address and pictures were NOT WHAT I BOOKED apparently changed the day of arrival. Trapped by my work requirements and inability to actually talk in person on arrival I had no choice but to stay. It took me a whole day to get in touch with a nice young lady, but she was just an agent. THEY CHANGED LOCATION AND LAYOUT IN A BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY CANNOT DENY THAT. Even now the pictures don't match the apartment i got. It says King bed, there is no King. No light bulbs in different lamps. No chairs in the living room only a couch. Eacoo Homes is the owner not an individual, so they may own similar apartments. But be careful the one i got stuck with was extremely sparse 1 set of towels, 2 glasses, 2 cups, very little useful utensils. I could have lived with that I only say communication was initially poor because the VRBO phone number given did not match the number of the agent representing the apartment. I got trapped, by this BAIT AND SWITCH. Don't make the same mistake. I tried to work with them, yes afterwards they simply didn't care. Had this been a vacation stay instead of having to immediately go to work. I would have walked out. Learn from me DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Only downside was neighbors decided to throw a party and with thin walls between units kept me up into wee hours of the morning one night of the stay.

Nice place..quite! Close to shopping!
Overall ...great! Only two suggestions going forward. 1. Please include instructions to adjust air conditioning. 2. Put comforter on master bed...saw one, wasn't sure if it was for guest use, however. Very clean and a great stay!

Perfect location!
This place was beautiful and perfectly located. It had a couple restaurants right next door and it was within 5 minutes of the the arena we needed to go to. We will definitely be booking again!

Excellent Location
Let’s start with the amazingly excellent - bakery, ceviche, Pho all right in same complex. Gated parking. Electric package pickup. Valet trash during week. Very nice property. Super close to interstate. Almost perfect communication with property manager. Arrived to rental two days later than planned due to required work extension in HOU. Received one key and remote upon check-in. No true welcome basket; however, received case of water, large packs of paper towels and toilet paper after check-in which was very much appreciated! ABSOLUTELY an excellent place for short term stays and communication with PM and Owner very good. Only a couple times over 2+ month stay where visitors not able to access with gate code (Owner has to activate)! The rest of the below comments really applies to long term stays..... Housekeepers do not have keys so have to be there to wait around to arrive (never on time or wrong day). Space is sparse (not luxury) but comfortable; however, amenities not stocked for long term rental. * No hair dryer * No patio furniture * No coffee pods, sugar, etc. for the keurig. There are pods for a Nespesso but no machine for guest use. * No wine or liquor glasses * No wine opener * No pot holders * A total of 6 bath towels and 6 wash clothes * only 1 set of sheets for each bedroom * no extra blankets * one dishcloth * one shallow baking pan * silverware setting for 4. * Must run dishwasher and laundry often for long term stay with limited quantities * no storage containers or aluminum foil, plastic wrap, (there were 2 storage bags which were left in drawer as obvi they need more than guest), etc. * Only basic spices and appear old….. * No iron or iron board * No full length mirror * Lots of kitchen drawers still had Owner stuff so consolidated all of those items into a single drawer within each space to maintain clear separation not to confuse upon final departure.
