Breakfast is decent and small. Waffles, boiled eggs, mini muffins, apples, yogurt etc Clean room, guests can be rude and noisy but you can get that in any hotel. Rooms are clean with comfy beds.

My room was very nice, neat and clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was minimal but there are plenty places to eat in the area within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked because of proximity to airport and especially because on Expedia it said free airport shuttle. No where does it stipulate that shuttle service is only from 530am-1130pm. Needless to say I wasted 30 minutes at the airport waiting for a shuttle that was never coming (I landed at 11:18pm for reference). Check in was quick and easy! The property is pretty quiet. My room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast- there has to be a revision to the options offered.

Non-smoking room was very smoky. My key card stopped working twice during a two-night stay. To say the breakfast was slim pickings is an understatement. On the upside, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the WiFi signal was decent. When it was all said and done, I got what I paid for.

The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, cozy. But the rooms need a deep cleaning. The carpet needs shampooing. The walls, ceilings, floors needs to be sanitized, bleached,etc. They only do surface clean. The staff is cool, though. And the price is excellent. Breakfast is pretty good, but could use some protein options. I just bring my own cleaning products, because all and all I definitely enjoy my stay. Will be back for sure.

On 4 day stay here, there were some Pros + some Cons: Pro; Shuttle from the airport, the room was pretty clean, the hotel was very quiet, the bed was super comfortable, good tv stations, hotel location to stores was great for small quick needs. If you are on a budget and need a quick stay this is a good choice. The elevator was working. Coms: The hotel staff is extremely rude, there was only 1 guy who’s nice, the hot breakfast offered on paper was anything but that, there is no where for you sit or lounge if you want to be out of your room, they don’t allow you to be in the dining area unless it’s breakfast time, it’s a very small couch that hold 3 people on the waiting area, When asking for extra things like washcloths and towels they look at you like your asking for a million dollars, the staff is the reason I would probably to stay here again on my next visit.

The room was clean the furniture was scratched up but the biggest problem was the customer service . I had to beg for clean towels and someone to take my trash, the shuttle was not helpful. My flight was at 6am they said Oh well it leaves at 5am you will make. I would have missed my flight if I listened to them. They were just rude!!!
