We weren't sure how late the transport ran or where the pick up was. Attempted to call them to find out, no one answered the phone at hotel. After multiple attempts to contact them with no results, we ended up taking a taxi and paying $30.00 for what should have been free. There excuse for not picking up was, they were probably too busy.
