“The shower water is horrible. If next room use the hot water , then you need to wait them to finish to get hot water. The swimming is so small compared with the Hu fabulous village . And no cleaning stuff as well. Not worth this price. ”

“The property is refreshingly far enough away from the thick of venice’s touristy areas, about a 30 minute walk to Palazzo St. Marco. These are essentially serviced apartments. Units come with all kitchen tools, a dishwasher plus indoor laundry machine. This is definitely good for people traveling with children. ”

“Casa Villa Gardenia is a very easy taxi ride from the airport station, which we did after a long flight, and also easily walkable, which we did to get to Venice. Our host was AMAZING -- follow his recommendations (grazie mille, Federico!). The building and rooms felt secure and hold old world charm in decor and accomodation. The breakfast is top notch, with a wide array to choose from, everything very fresh and presented beautifully. I would stay here again! ”

“furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! “Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”

“Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Additionally, there are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel and we enjoyed……
