"We loved our stay in st james. The location is unbeatable, the beaches are great for swimming, we loved our beachfront room. All the staff were nice and friendly. We booked two offsite excursions through the hotel which ran smoothly and we enjoyed a lot. We would love to be back soon."

"The host needs training on how to host and communicate with guests in a timely fashion. I was assured prior to renting that there was always running water, and hot water and there was not. I had to constantly call/text the host to get service for the water which didn't get resolved until 1 week into ..."
