“I have stayed here several times. Everytime the experience and staff are amazingly helpful and friendly end to end, not just from from the valets,clerks, bell service, but the restaurants and stores onsite. I initially stayed here due to the onsite bike rental when I am traveling to the area. I wish the had road bikes, but the beach cruiser gets the job done in a pinch and can't beat the convenience. And the experience is always excellent.. ”

“Staffs are helpful and very close to Disneyland. However, Other than that, nothing to recommended about this hotel. Ver dirty indeed, old, door was broken, blanket has sooo many stains on it. Not worth for the money I paid. Will never stay again ”

“Loved the location and the area. Dining is not that great. No gluten free items at all, servers don’t know anything about allergies, and you have to pay extra for coffee. ”
