We loved our stay in this hotel. Checking in and out were seamless, and it was right smack in the centre of all the downtown action. We got a quiet room away from the elevators and ice machine (upon request). Our dog loved the bed, food bowl, and toy the staff provided for him.

Beautifully maintained hotel, the floral baskets and the colours of the flower beds outside were particularly welcoming. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We really loved our room , we were given an upgrade so we had a balcony which was really nice. Extremely comfortable bed.

Perfect location to explore downtown and it's all at a walking distance from the hotel. Also, they provided free transit pass which came in handy to travel to a few important spots like the Gandola, hot springs, Lake Minawanka, etc.
