"Came to Macon to visit old friends and had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. I was concerned at first because they requested payment outside of VRBO system and only had 1 review, but it was totally legit. Pool was beautiful and the views of the water are amazing. Kitchen looks brand new. There’s even a pellet ice machine built in. Anyway, we had a great time. It’s a cool house. I would rent the boats next time. Thanks again."

"Just exactly what we enjoy. Peaceful, nice porch with great view. (A couple of cushions would be nice) You can wave to pontoon boats and fishermen passing. The kitchen has fantastic furnishings. Bowls with lids, nice pots and pans. Not that we did a lot of cooking, used disposable plates, etc. property is at end of short road, no traffic.got local tv, nice! Comfy bed and furniture."

"One of the cleanest properties i have stayed in! Great use of space. Not overly decorated. Furniture was comfortable and well arranged for socializing. We gathered with 4 adult sisters, one child and parents. Kitchen was well stocked with essential dishes for cooking. Plenty of toilet paper in all 4 bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs! Mom was on crutches so she stayed on the main floor unless we were leaving the house. Great view down to the lake, the screened in porch was perfect for using...

"When I say this was the best home to stay in for our occasion it was absolutely amazing! We originally booked for 8 people but only had maybe 5 people come but the property was perfect and sooooo peaceful. "The family had a fantastic time! The house was great! The owners have it equipped with just about anything and everything you need. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, there was plenty of room for our wedding party to comfortably hang out and enjoy. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and enjoy outside in the yard. The 2 decks were wonderful for eating or simply relaxing. The lake and scenery is beautiful as well! An overall amazing weekend with family, fun, and a wedding!"

"We wanted a quiet getaway where the men could fish. This was perfect! The house was sweet and perfect for our group. We used the fire pit for hotdogs and s’mores, played Cornhole and fished everyday, took walks with the dog. We even drove into town and ate at Jimmy’s steak and seafood which was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful visit!"
