“Three hours away from home the hotel turned me and my family (a newborn and a toddler) away for a mishap on their part! Said we could just wait for an Unspecified amount of time and be late to our event and refused to simply put us in another room that was available stating it MUST be the one we booked that they didn’t have cleaned and ready. Refused a refund or any sort of compensation because we booked though hotels.com (they claimed it was Expedia) and not directly with the hotel. ”

“First let me say me and my family has just moved to GA a week ago and this place has been the best place we stayed at and they made it feel like home. When I first walked in the house was amazing and clean. They left snacks for us and our dogs. They checked in on us every day to make sure our stay was comfortable. They rooms was nice and very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The backyard was nice and big and comfortable and relaxing. I would most definitely recommend and would book again. ”

“I think it was a great place to stay at, we had our bridesmaids and groomsmen here and although we only got to use the hot tub and the inside activities it was nice to stay. Everything was really clean and they had snacks,coffee, and even an extra new toothpaste and new toothbrush incase you forgot yours. Its the extras that made it really all come together for this event. I will say we were a little worried because of the sound alert and heavy fee for it, we were hoping to be able to play some...
