“Overall, the room and facilities were clean. The new GM was very friendly and answered questions about the pool. The staff is friendly. The breakfast options had variety, from cereal, cinnamon rolls, bagels, toast, muffins and pancakes. If you get the a room that faces the I-75, you can hear the highway noise if you're a light sleeper. However, the location in Locus Grove is a little tricky to get to. “Three hours away from home the hotel turned me and my family (a newborn and a toddler) away for a mishap on their part! Said we could just wait for an Unspecified amount of time and be late to our event and refused to simply put us in another room that was available stating it MUST be the one we booked that they didn’t have cleaned and ready. Refused a refund or any sort of compensation because we booked though hotels.com (they claimed it was Expedia) and not directly with the hotel. ”
