The hotel was not busy at all when we were there, and we were put in the room right next to the elevator. Housekeeping did not service our room the first day; and the second day they did not make the bed and they left products behind. The gym could use a vacuum and shades on the windows. The heat is on and the sun shines in the windows and even though it was in the 30s while I was there, it was way too hot in there. And that fan contraption is way to loud and not effective. There was also no water available. I went to the gym three days in a row, and each time, the water dispenser was empty. This is a four-star property. It did not feel like it.
