“We had a great time in the pool but nobody came out to skim off the bugs. The grill was great and saved some $ on going out. We got there 1hr 30 minutes early and was told it would cost an extra $20 for early check in. I never encountered that before. Not nice. When we came back at 3pm check in time we were told the room wasn’t ready. So we took another room since we would need to wait till 4pm for our room. No accommodation was made by the manager who was unapologetic unlike the receptionist……

“We were given the ADA accessible room which we didn't need. We should have asked for a different room so some of our disappointment in the hotel was our fault. The bathroom had no lip for the shower so we had to stand in water at the sink after showering. Our room was never cleaned during our 2 night stay and we had used all of the towels trying to absorb the water at the sink.”

“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……
