“Staff was excellent, bathroom and room were nice. The hotel would do well to replace most of the carpeting especially in the hallways. Other than that it was a pleasant space. Not quite as grand as I expected though.”

“I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip.”

“Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center.”

“I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait……

“Staff when checked in was unfriendly and did not greet or say anything upon arrival. Felt like I was a nuisance for being there. Shower did not have warm/hot water until day left. Room service came once during three day stay. Would not come again.”

“This property and the cleanliness was horrible!!!!! upon arrival, there was a man fixing his car in the parking lot and another man wandering the parking lot. I went to check in and the room that was given to me looked nothing like the website, there was a blood stain on the floor and when i asked to see other rooms , they also were horrible and smelled like cigarettes, nothing like the pictures on the website!!!!!!!!! the SPANISH woman was very unhelpful and nasty. My experience was completely……
