Mike the maintenance guy worked overtime replacing our television upon our stay and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Mike even tried to exchange our room during this very busy weekend. One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. However, we realized that we don’t need a refrigerator as we had an ice machine close to our room to keep the drinking water cold. I recommend "
