“You get what you pay for. The room had a strong musty odor when we entered. There was black mold or mildew on the blackout curtains. The paint was peeling off of the walls in the bathroom. Water came out brown from the shower to start. Beds were comfortable though and all we needed was a nights sleep so we made it work.”

“We got in late on check in day. The front desk person, Donald, was wonderful. The elevator was out of order and we needed a room on the first floor due to my daughter's wheelchair. He found us a room, was polite, helpful and very positive. He didn't hesitate when we needed something.”
