"Two families for a total of 12 guests enjoyed this rental thoroughly. We had ample space for eating, relaxing, and sleeping. The hot water heater did seem a little too small for such a large house. Eva the local host was wonderful and helpful. Overall value was well worth it."

Each day we walked to the driving range to see the deer herds grazing and actually fed them by hand! Close to the Rec center and Beech Mtn resort. Will stay again!"
