The Grove Inn is a lovely place to stay and very hard to leave. We had a beautiful corner king room looking out on the mountains. The historical displays and descriptions throughout the Inn were fascinating.

blowing rock is a much better stay than Boone and for only an additional 10 minutes driving time to the college
