"Hamid was very responsive and helped us get into the unit when I had misread some information she sent. However, it was missing many basic amenities (such as top sheets) and the over use of air fresheners covered up a stale cigarette odor. Overall, it was worn down and the bathroom desperately needs a remodel. Unfortunately, I was very busy during our stay and did not have time to deal with these issues."
