Situated in the middle of the action. Easy to get to all the Mag Mile attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Our son said if it had a kitchen, he would live there.

The evening/overnight staff were super friendly and helpful. The daytime staff were not that nice and borderline unprofessional. It was hard to get housekeeping services such as cleaning or extra towels. Overall the property was clean and nice, the location was great.

I loved absolutely everything that Aloft Chicago Mag Mile had to offer. The location was perfect! I was able to walk to get Starbucks, Giordano’s deep dish pizza, and to the architecture boat tour. The staff was amazing. When I needed fresh towels, they were there immediately. My room was cleaned every other day. I loved the decor. It was perfect for me and my two kids. The TV’s were a nice size and I was able to watch Tv and log into my Netflix or YouTube for more options. I loved the lounge area downstairs as well. Perfect for great vibes. I hope to enjoy another stay there in the near future. I highly recommend.

Property was good, in a great location! Staff unfortunately were very dismissive when checking in. They ran through basic information regarding pay and holds on credit card but didn’t offer information about amenities or how to navigate the building. Very disappointing.

Parking! The Expedia listing is incorrect - they do not have on site parking. You can get offsite valet with three in and outs or offsite self parking. When booking the hotel for this stay I based it on the availability of on site self parking and was very upset that the listing isn’t accurate.

We chose the Aloft Chicago Mag Mile for its excellent location near shopping, restaurants, and not far from the river; its 2 queen beds in the rooms (many others we looked at had 2 doubles) and its carpet-less floors. The staff was also great - always friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great, our room was spacious with clean linens and a good size bathroom. My only complaints were that the bathroom door was a surface sliding door, so no sound barrier and no lock, and the curtains had some large yellow water stains on them.

Staff super nice. My housekeeper was super awesome Parking was great. Room very clean. One garbage can for the whole room? Be better....Bathroom door didnt close all the way. Shower went ice cold 3 minutes in. No way to call front desk for late check out. They told me to download an app and request it that way. Wifi was not strong enoig to download app- ended up walking downstairs and asking.

From the moment we walked in the staff were amazing! Romel the valet attendant went above and beyond to get us all situated, and Sonseray at the front desk took wonderful care of us! The room was impeccably clean, all of the amenities were great, and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see!
