DO NOT STAY HERE. And do not rent any iTrip property - BEWARE. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental. It is a glorified guest house. Upon arrival, we discovered the kitchen sink was broken, forcing us to eat out for three days without any compensation. The home itself was gross —dust bunnies and dirt everywhere, clearly not cleaned properly before our stay. Mind you - we were staying here for 16 nights, giving them almost 6k. They did not care at ALL. There were zero cleaning supplies btw - just reinforces how cleanliness isn’t a priority for them. To make matters worse, the WiFi didn’t work. It wasn’t even located in the house, meaning we couldn’t reset it ourselves. Despite numerous calls, we received zero support and ended up without WiFi for five days. I had to continually call them for them to even pretend to pay attention to the problem. The lack of assistance was incredibly frustrating and wasted a lot of our time. They then claimed the issue was fixed (shocker - it wasn’t) and offered us 200 for this “inconvenience.” I told them many times that the issue was not fixed and that 200 was unacceptable - they then proceeded to ignore me again. Mind you, I begged them to release us for the last 2-3 nights so we could stay somewhere else since I was working from home and couldn’t do so without WiFi. They refused and we ended up double paying to get out of there. Overall, their negligence genuinely ruined our trip. Do not stay here.
