“We enjoyed are us time in this lovely cabin. It was very clean and the hot tub was amazing. It was a very quiet relaxing get away. We definitely recommend this cabin and will hopefully visit again in the future.”

“The property is beautiful.I can only imagine how nice it will be after the renovations are complete. Lovely porch to sit on and watch the rain. Lovely private bath with beautiful clawfoot tub. I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax”

“House was clean. Very nice, quiet property. About 4 miles of gravel road to get here, so would recommend a vehicle that can handle it. Cell service in the area was patchy, so GPS for trips was in and out. We would definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Berkeley Springs!”

“The house has a great location for easy access to town and plenty of space for good friends or family. All the basics and some of the extras- like a hot tub- are right at your place which is great. ”

“We stayed for one night while passing through. Pros: communication with property manager was excellent; hot tub was very clean, place was spacious. Cons: would have loved curtains/ blinds on windows especially bedrooms; having more towels for hot tub would be nice; couch smelled like urine. Overall OK stay for a night.”

“Great house for our needs. Definitely recommend AWD if there are winter conditions. Any needs were promptly address. Air hockey didn't work and shuffle alley needed a can of sawdust....neither impeded our good time.”

“What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house. Plenty to explore on the property down by the water and in the woods. Exactly what’s needed for a relaxing get away. Close to town as well for anything needed. Kirsten was a great host. ”

“My husband and I visited for our anniversary. The cabin is lovely - beautifully renovated, thoughtfully outfitted, and situated in a lovely forested setting. The king-sized bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept on away from home. The hot tub uses a saltwater system which is so much more pleasant than the usual chlorine/bromine systems found in most hot tubs...easier on the skin and respiratory system. We were very pleased with our experience and definitely plan to return to this……
