In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,……

“Clean room, friendly staff and a good breakfast.”

“Our room was missing a few things. The bathroom door didn't have a lock, which was inconvenient. We booked the room for five guests, but there weren't enough towels for everyone, and no bedding was provided for the pullout sofa bed. The front desk promptly provided the towels and bedding when we requested them, which we appreciated. However, it would have been nice if those items had already been in the room, especially since we arrived late.”
