The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown...

“My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? ”
