“We really enjoyed our stay here. The space is lovely, small, but put together in a way that feels intentional and easy — clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the room has a nice little bathroom. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We loved being able to walk to many places without worrying about parking or traffic. “Be aware that the LA Hotel Worker Protection Fee and other local taxes will be added to your bill on-site, even if you’ve prepaid through Expedia. I suggest the hotel disclose these fees more transparently to prevent surprises. Most disappointingly, when I called hotel to inquire about these fees after my visit, the staff was aggressive and unprofessional. This lack of service recovery has discouraged me from staying here again. Professionalism and clearer communication are definitely needed.”

“Very convenient to the freeway and Century City shopping. Had to pay extra for parking, the lot was pretty small. We had to walk through the garage to get to the street. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room is clean and they provide free water bottles, which was nice. If you’re staying on Olympic, you definitely hear the street noise. I brought earplugs and I slept fine.”

“The breakfast is very poor, almost no choice. even boiled eggs are frozen from fridge. I have to warm it by hot water. only coffee and a little bread. it seems no fresh and warm stuff for morning. ”
