“Hospitality is about feeling not the price. We paid almost $600 a night for this hotel. There were unexpected charges, such as $2.75 per person for a toothbrush. No water was provided, and we had to go downstairs to the first floor to buy a bottle of water for $5. This was quite inconvenient and already made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Charging $5 for a bottle of water made us even more unhappy, it felt like the hotel was trying to profit from guests on even the most basic necessities. It also……
