"From the moment I walked in, I noticed the pleasant smell of their signature scent in the lobby, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was quick and seamless. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who checked me in, but he was incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to go over all of the hotel amenities and even made some great recommendations for shops and restaurants within walking distance, which I really appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a good night sleep. The hotel is also located in a great area that felt safe and convenient. When it was time to check out, Meghan assisted me and she was wonderful. She made the checkout process just as smooth as the check-in. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again."

Its location in Beverly Hills is good for access to Hollywood and the Rodeo Drive area though it is quite far from downtown LA. The swimming pool was closed for renovation when we were there. All in all, and of course depending on your plans, it is a good hotel to base your stay in LA."
