Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

last minute cancellation

The owner's property manager send us a text only 4 hours before our check in time to tell us our reservation was cancelled. It is amazing how many penalties a customer has to pay and for any sort of change or cancellation or mishap, but there is none on yours, owner's or the property management company. This will not go unanswered by us.
