"Good location for walking to the main strip and lots of options for restaurants. The patio view is of the back of property so you’re looking at the parking lot and tennis courts. Unfortunately the downstairs tenants smoked outside. That smoke was drifting up into the condo having the sliding door open. "

"Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. "

"We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me."

"we had a great time at this place.. the venue is great very modern and updated quite well.. the location to the beach is great for families.. literally less than a minute walk from front door to beach, just have to cross street.. restaurants close by walikng distance.. will recommend this place to all . thank you"
