A good suggestion would be to hire friendlier staff . I found them to be very rude. Gave no helpful information. The maids never came to our room to see if we needed trash thrown or if we needed towels. I had to go request them. And we were there for more than one night. Shouldn't they have came on my second day. Also need handicap paved to come into the side doors. M

Simple easy and clean

I was disappointed with my stay at La Quinta Inn. I had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone came to the front desk, and the staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The hotel itself also had an unpleasant smell throughout. The room was decent at first glance, and the sheets, pillows, and towels appeared clean, but I noticed the bedsheet wasn’t fully pulled down and there appeared to be dried blood near the bottom edge of the bed, which was really gross and concerning. Another issue was the noise. The hotel advertises soundproof rooms, but I could hear every car outside and planes taking off throughout the night. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend and definitely don’t plan on staying again

This was great experience. I reached around mid-night but checkin was hassle free.

On a road trip, When we arrived, I found out I mistakenly made our reservation for the following night. The manager went out of her way and accommodated us with a nice room. Kudos for going above and beyond my expectations!
