The hotel itself was great...clean, comfortable, nice seating areas, location, etc. However, the reason why I rated it only a 3, along with 1 star for staff, is due to the fact there is no staff on duty and this becomes a problem when there is an issue at surfaces at the hotel. Starting at 2:30 in the morning, there were guests in the hotel that were loud, arguing, up and down the halls, and quite disruptive to the guests. I looked up a number to call, called and explained the situation and they indicated the would 'report the incident to the innkeeper'. This issue died down briefly, but resurfaced again and went on well beyond 5am. I don't know whether they sent anyone or not, but had there been someone on staff, I am sure it would have been quite noticeable and dealt with immediately. While they had taken all my contact info, there was no follow-up either from the hotel with how they were handling the situation or even an apology. Staff-less hotels certainly raise a big red-flag for me now as it relates to safety and security.
