“Didn’t stay the night. Was gutted. Wasted money too. I didn’t feel safe there, people smoking around the property and was lingering, made it very uncomfortable. Maybe it’s just me, but finding the lock pads wasn’t clear enough in the dark and there’s two properties inside one building? The car park or ‘extra spaces’ wasn’t clear or well laid out - again, it may be the dark. But I attempted to park, decided to leave then had to wait as someone blocked me in.

“The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted.
The problem was with their check in procedure.
Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling.
After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered.
Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment……
