“We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again.”

“It was a great experience. Location is amazing, property is great wonderful, great “glamping” for us non campers! Kids loved it, mom loved it, and breakfast was 10/10! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. ”

“Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level.
